WILLIAMSBURG LOFT
$150/hr, 8 hour minimum
- Located amongst artist lofts, studios and warehouses in industrial East Williamsburg
- Panoramic Manhattan views that span from The World Trade Center all the way up to the Empire State Building
- Faces west, spectacular sunsets
- Wood floors, venue will coordinate rentals & dispose of trash
- 2 ensuite bathrooms, kitchen area
Chelsea Loft
$150/hr, 5 hour minimum
- 900 square feet
- Located in Chelsea, right next to the Highline (perfect for photos!)
- Faces south
- After 6pm, need to arrange elevator service (extra charge)
- Cleaning & furniture included in price
- Bathrooms are shared with other spaces, kitchenette
Prospect Tower
$175/hr, 4 hour minimum
- Located in Prospect Park/Lefferts Gardens, 1 block from the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens & Prospect Park
- Panoramic views from all sides
- Elevator & staircase to reception space, tower accessible via spiral staircase
- Includes tables & chairs
- Ensuite bathroom, no kitchen
